Delivery Information
We use Acclaim 24 hour service and your parcel may require a signature upon delivery. We try to get parcels dispatched within 2 working days days of placing your order but during busy periods it may take a bit longer.
Occasionally we will be unable to fulfil an order due to stock shortages or other issues beyond our control. In these cases we will contact you to discuss the challenges we are facing and what we propose to do. Please always use a valid email address and phone number when ordering.
A delivery charge of £6.99 will be applied to each order regardless of the quantity of products and we ship in double walled boxes which will hold between 12 and 24 cans. If you order more than 24 cans then additional boxes will sent with your order at no extra charge.
We currently deliver to England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands only. Please contact us if you have specific delivery requirements

What to Expect When You Place an Order
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Vibrant Forest Brewery and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn’t show you the details of delivery immediately.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will eventually be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.
Goods may require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not knowingly deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

I first had a pint of Inaudible in my local tap bar in Sheffield late 2024. What a great beer. Since then I have placed orders and enjoyed the beers. I had a issue with one can exploding and was dealt with very professionally. Very interesting beers and great customer service

Love coming down here, even though I'm coeliac so can't even drink beer! Always a great atmosphere, people I'm with love trying the local beers and the street food is always a winner. Always top standard from Rich and Brian and always made to feel welcome with a friendly hello. Also managing covid really well, feel completely safe.
