This is an exciting opportunity for a driver and brewery assistant to join Vibrant Forest Brewery. In 2019 we expanded our brewing operations to a magnificent new larger site based in Hardley, New Forest, Hampshire. We have invested heavily in our modern new facility and now on the search for a delivery driver and brewery assistant to join our team.

You will play an important role in getting our great beer to people driving our company van and also assist in daily brewery operations.

Role & Responsibilities

- Delivering beer to our trade customers including vehicle checks and route planning
- To be enthusiastic and presentable with our customers out on the road
- Assisting with warehouse operations such as pallet building and stock organisation
- Preparing and packaging can, cask and keg beer.
- Preparing and building web orders
- Assisting our brewers where necessary
- Washing of casks
- Attend events to represent the brewery
- To be aware of and action Health and safety standards and practices at all times
- Forklift driving

Key requirements of the successful candidates

You will have:

- Delivery work experience
- Canning line experience is very desirable
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of modern manufacturing practices, principles and techniques
- Flexible working hours to achieve targets. e.g. weekend and shift working
- Ability to comfortably lift and move heavy items such as casks and kegs
- Passionate and enthusiastic about craft beer
- Forklift driving experience is desirable
- Be over 18 and have right to work in the UK
